Managing Director

Ben Craw brings over twenty years of experience in corporate advisory and asset management, with deep expertise in divesting, acquiring, and operating food and agribusiness assets.

He has advised on $5BN+ in agricultural transactions across 3 million+ hectares, delivering strategic insights and execution excellence.

Ben is also an AFSL Authorised Representative and a Chartered Accountant, combining financial rigour with regulatory expertise to drive outcomes in complex agribusiness deals.

Nic Clancy
Manager

Nic brings eight years of cross-sector expertise in agricultural finance, having worked across banking, finance broking and specialised agricultural services.

His career has focused on large-scale farmgate transactions, where he combines financial acumen with hands-on knowledge of agribusiness operations.

Having advised on the acquisition and financing of commercial-scale agricultural assets, Nic provides Oxley Capital Partners’ clients with technical precision and market insights tailored to their strategic goals.


Alan Hoppe
Director

With a distinguished career spanning fourty+ years in third-party farm management, Alan Hoppe brings unparalleled operational expertise to Oxley Capital Partners. His hands-on experience includes establishing and scaling four greenfield farm management businesses across Australia, Brazil, and Africa, demonstrating his ability to navigate diverse agricultural systems and markets.
Alan’s leadership has overseen the management of over 3 million acres of global farmland, including large-scale broadacre cropping operations. This deep practical knowledge, combined with his qualifications as a licensed Real Estate agent, provides clients with unique insights into both asset performance and value optimisation.

His career reflects a rare blend of on-ground execution and strategic vision, making him an invaluable advisor for investors and operators seeking to develop, scale, or enhance agricultural assets.

Tijme Roelofs
Senior Manager

Tijme has over eight years of M&A and Corporate Development experience on a global level۔

He has worked as an advisor in The Netherlands (NL) and gained experience at both corporates and scale-ups where he set-up and executed on buy-and-build strategies to accelerate growth plans.
He gained first hand buy- and sell-side M&A experience working on M&A deals in North-America, Europe and Australia with valuations ranging from A$1M to over A$500m.

What Tijme enjoys most about guiding clients in these intensive (and often once-in-a-lifetime) projects, is to see the clients gaining trust in the process and becoming at ease that they engaged the best team for the job.

He holds an MSc in Financial Management from Utrecht University (NL) with a high distinction.

Thomas Bao
Analyst

Thomas brings a strong analytical foundation in corporate finance, with experience across valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and financial due diligence.

With a background in audit and a grounding in Economics, he combines technical rigour with high-level macroeconomic insight to support mid-market transactions in the agribusiness and food & beverage sectors.
