Natural Capital Enterprise

Oxley Capital Partners acted as financial adviser to a natural capital focused enterprise In New South Wales which developed biodiversity projects alongside traditional farming operations. Oxley Capital Partners was engaged to assist in debt and buy-side advisory services to source additional farmland to support the enterprises unique strategy.

As part of our role advising Gap Road Ag, Oxley Capital Partners assisted with the consolidation of the enterprise’s existing debt and subsequently securing acquisition funding with a major Australian lender. This was achieved through sourcing and negotiating with various interested lenders while navigating the key complexities and nuance of the biodiversity industry, and supporting the unique cash profile of the project.

Oxley Capital Partners liased with experts to work through the lender policy, consulted financial models and identified relevant value parameters to support the amount of financing provided by the lender.
